He won a lot of medals and prices ( médaille d'or des artistes français, 1925 - médaille d'or at the exposition universelle of 1937 - etc.. ) His paintings are in a lot of Museum worldwide including : Musée des beaux-arts d'Annecy, Institut d'art de Chicago, Musée d'art Dahesh de New York, Musée d'art et d'histoire de Langres, Musée des beaux-arts de Tourcoing, Musée des beaux-arts de Saint-Étienne, etc...
